Hi, I'm Fred.

I code stuff, drink brews, eat biscuits, try to lift things and play Magic: the Gathering #codelife

With over 15 years solution architect and project management experience, I have produced general websites to bespoke web applications, created e-commerce sites to web games, business critical APIs to data management platforms.

My freelance career has allowed me to work with many industries - I have worked with global soft drinks brands, national motoring companies, property developers, international research groups, UK Universities, a coffee manufacturer, and a Dragons Den winner who has items in all supermarkets! (Not to mention a good selection of very tasty beer, ice cream, biscuit and pie companies.)

Having been lucky enough to have a varying project portfolio, the experience has only strengthened my desire to tackle new projects and problems, to be able to come up with new ideas that will push my skills to the best of their abilities.

My current focus is on creating scalable cloud infrastructure with AWS Professional Services and creating a great range of open source packages
